Brand new GoPro Hero4 Silver after first tests to pair with iPhone & iPad about ten minutes use now it will not power up….

New GoPro failed to power up after five minutes use, no response to on button, tried two good batteries, took out battery & SD card but nothing works even after long period connected to USB port to charge battery.
Please tell me do you handle warranty repairs ? If not where should I send this sad device for repair ?
