I have a Nexus 5, it’s not under warranty, as I bought it second hand from eBay. I recently got caught in a thunderstorm and the phone took on a fair bit of water and no longer works. I am sure it can’t be fixed, but my travel insurance company won’t pay out unless I have a damage assessment saying the phone can’t be fixed. Is this something you would be able to do? If so, how much would you charge for the damage assessment report? If not – do you know anyone who will help with this?
Yes we can do an assessment. If you book it in under diagnostic repair. Here is the link
