One of our engineers 7″ Tab3’s was playing up re charging, then went to rebooting and is now catatonic and unresponsive and effectively ‘dead’ – I would like it repaired, so can you confirm if I pick ‘Diagnostics’ from the Repair Menu?
Sorry to hear about this. But yes choose the @diagnostic’ option, and get it sent in, including the details which you have just said on here as to whats happened.
We will then find out whats going on for you, and hopefully get the issue resolved for you!
