Google Nexus 4 repair

Hi there,
I dropped my Google Nexus 4 phone and now there are dead parts of the screen. It charges fine, can make and receive calls & texts. But “power off” button is part of the screen that does not function — as well as other sections — which makes normal functions impossible. Do you think this can be repaired and if so how many days would it take and what would the estimated cost be? Do you think I’d be better off buying a new (or refurbished) phone? Thank you, Lisa Hillman
