Regarding an order placed in April


Hi there. Back in April i placed an order with you to repair my LG G3 phone screen, however, i have not yet sent it in to be fixed due to circumstances beyond my control. My question is, will the order still be on file for you if i am to send it in in the next few days?

  1. I also no longer have my order ID. Is it possible to continue without one?
