I bought a Tab S in the USA in Dec 14, having asked about the warranty and was assured it was worldwide – it isn’t. It stopped charging in late August. By coincidence I was travelling to the US in Sept so was able to get it repaired under warranty. I am now back in the UK and it has gone again – just won’t charge /switch on and I am using the Samsung charger and there is no problem with the electrical socket. Are you able to repair it for me? There is nothing wrong with the software, just the issue with charging.
Hope you can help, I am thoroughly fed up and have asked the store in the US for a refund! Not expecting a yes to that one
