I have a water damaged mobile. Most elements seem to be working OK but the microphone has stopped functioning and it seems to be switching itself back on after I close down the display/screen. However, if I place an order, how do I secure my Galaxy S3 Mini to ensure that none of my personal data can be accessed whilst repairs are being carried out?

Hi Jim, we would need access to the phone to test it. There are however various online tutorials for backing up your device on Samsungs Website.
