To return an item to us, please send an email to: for a return’s authorisation code. Please indicate the item you are returning, the reason for your return and order number in the email. We will then issue you with a Goods Return Number (GRN). The cost of postage for remorse returns is not covered by Repairs UK.
Once you have received confirmation from us to return your item, simply return it back to us, including the invoice with your GRN. Please include a description of why the product has been returned.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, please re-use original packaging or similar if available. The returns policy does not cover for installation damage and items like touch screens and LCD screens, must be tested prior to full installation and removal of protective films.

We will replace a faulty product with the same item or refund your money back if the product is no longer available. Please note that our return’s policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods.

You may return any unopened item within seven days of receiving it for a refund. We will refund your payment once we have received and processed the item. Please allow up to 14 days. Please note that for remorse returns, P&P cost are not refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange products unless they are faulty or you have been sent the wrong item in error.

Order Cancellation:

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us the on same day by e-mail or telephone before 3:00pm on weekdays, so that we may cancel your order and refund your payment. Order placed over the weekend that you would like to cancel, please contact us before 3:00pm on the following Monday. Any refund will be made back through the same payment gateway you chose through our checkout system. Cancellation requests received after these times will have to be handled by our returns policy.


All lasers and internal gadget parts are security marked or QR bar-coded. returned items will be security checked to verify they were originally supplied by us.

We do test every single return. If a returned product is found not to be faulty we will return the product to you after additional P&P costs have been paid. We will advise you to check the product thoroughly before returning.
